Hilton London Angel Islington

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay at this hotel. The room size was good and provided plenty of space to relax. However, it would have been even better if more standard amenities like toothbrushes and combs were provided in the room. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the fantastic staff service. A special thank you to Zac, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel so warm and welcome when we checked in at 10pm, exhausted after a 14-hour flight. The team at hotel cafe/ restaurant were also very helpful and friendly. Hena was especially warm and made us feel very much at home. The breakfast selection was also nice with a good variety of options. The location is extremely convenient; with many great restaurants just around the corner on Upper Street that remain open until 10pm or 11pm A great choice for a stay!

Most of the staff were great and friendly and would go above and beyond to help you. All the housekeepers were very welcoming to me and my toddler. Eyasin during the breakfast buffet was great help, he made sure my toddler and I had a good breakfast experience and the manager (didn’t catch his name) was a lot of help as well! The front desk staff is helpful too. The only comment I have is that we booked a king bed but got a double bed and were told there are no king beds available except for in suites, and there were no suites available. We settled on a room with 2 beds eventually, however this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel (king bed as toddler sleeps with us). At the end of the day, the staff and managers made our stay great so I am still leaving a 5 star review for that.

We came done for a couple of days and what a stay the hotel was perfect and a great location for us. Bedroom was lovely and comfortable. But the one thing that stands out here is the staff Denisa and Anisa have made us feel so welcome and their service was second to none! Thank you for your hospitality ladies!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and loved every single moment of it. The bed was incredibly comfortable — soft, cozy, and perfect for a deep, restful sleep. After long days, it felt like pure luxury to come back and relax there. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single team member was unbelievably kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their warmth and positive attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere that we felt cared for from the very first moment. Breakfast was simply outstanding. The service was impeccable — everything was beautifully presented and served with care. I don’t usually drink coffee, but the staff were so thoughtful and accommodating that they always prepared something special for me, which I really appreciated. They consistently went above and beyond, bringing everything we needed with such grace and professionalism. The hotel itself is also beautiful — stylish, elegant, and very well maintained. You can feel the attention to detail everywhere. Overall, this stay exceeded all our expectations. We would be more than happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a truly memorable experience.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with fresh food and a decent variety. Everything was neatly arranged and the place felt clean and comfortable. What made the experience better was the service. A staff member named Liza was outstanding in her role. She was courteous, alert, and handled guests very professionally. Her effort clearly elevated the overall dining experience.

Eyasin and Hena were extremely friendly and very polite at the restaurant. Kept checking on us if we needed anything during breakfast. Rajib at the reception was very helpful too. Took prompt action when we needed more towels and water even though he was alone at the reception and they had no housekeeping staff at night, he managed to get someone to send us the stuff asap. Maybe can improve quality and thickness of pillows as they were too soft and very flat. Otherwise, Overall Great customer service and we had a great stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

The hotel has a really good Location with Lots of Little Restaurants and Bars being next to it. Islington has a vibrant night life. Taking a Bus to central London is also really easy. The staff was really polite and helpful. Especially Kyuhee who was working at the breakfast was really welcoming and willingness to help. The Hotel rooms were really clean and the breakfast offered a lot of different things to choose from. I would Definitly recommend to stay in This Hotel when planning a Trip to London.

Our stay was great, staff is absolutely amazing. Shout out to Nancy with at served us on our breakfast! She was super friendly, quick with everything, and really made us feel looked after. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Amazing people you guys have in this hotel, well done
